Season 10 (Meltdown) — Complete Season Guide

Delta Force Season 10 Meltdown, the full recap: new Engineer operator N-Two, the AZ3 Nuclear Power Plant Operations map, the Coliseum Warfare map, the RM277 and SVCH, new ammo, the Rainbow Six Siege collab and every balance patch from June 30 to September 7, 2026.

This season has ended

Delta Force Season 10 "Meltdown" ran from June 30 to September 7, 2026. Season 11 "Reorientation" launched on September 8, 2026, and all Season 10 mission progress was reset. This page is a full recap; the operator, maps and weapons Meltdown added are still worth learning.

Overview

Delta Force Season 10 "Meltdown" went live worldwide on June 30, 2026, and Team Jade billed it as the "Biggest Update of The Year". The story is a nuclear crisis at Haavk's AZ3 nuclear plant, where a failing reactor is heading toward meltdown. G.T.I. infiltrates the plant, and the new operator N-Two is a former cooling engineer tied to the facility. The Season 10 mission line ends in a decision branch that decides the plant's fate, and players received one of two Season 10 badge styles depending on their choices.

The headline content is the N-Two Engineer operator, the AZ3 Nuclear Power Plant Operations map with its radiation system and Warlord boss H1000, the 64-player Coliseum Warfare map, and two new guns: the RM277 assault rifle and the SVCH marksman rifle. On the Chinese server the same season shipped four days earlier, on June 26, 2026, under the name 「裂变」 (Fission).

Season Name:Meltdown (Season 10)
Launch Date:June 30, 2026 (update live at 02:00 UTC)
Final Day:September 7, 2026 (Season 11 launched September 8)
Duration:About 70 days
Platforms:PC (Steam and launcher), Android/iOS, Xbox Series X|S, PS5
PC Download:33.5 GB
Key Additions:N-Two, AZ3 Nuclear Power Plant, Coliseum, RM277, SVCH, CSV-35 helicopter, Ahsarah Card mode, Decontamination Chamber

New Operator: N-Two (Gabriel Mercier)

N-Two, real name Gabriel Mercier, is Season 10's new Engineer. He used to work as a cooling engineer at the AZ3 plant, which makes him the link between the season story and the new map. He was unlocked through the Meltdown Season Pass, and the global Steam announcement lists him on the free track. His whole kit is built around cold: a cryo grenade launcher, a gas flask and a passive frost effect that slows enemies until they freeze.

Codename:N-Two
Real Name:Gabriel Mercier
Class:Engineer
Background:Former cooling engineer at the AZ3 nuclear plant
Unlock:Meltdown Season Pass (free track per the official Steam notes)

Frost Launcher

N-Two temporarily equips a launcher that fires up to 6 cryo grenades. They explode on impact, deal damage and apply the cryo effect, and the fire rate rises the longer you keep firing.

Cryo-Flask

Bursts on impact into a low-temperature gas zone that applies cold effects and coughing. It can also freeze closed doors.

Homing Stun Grenade

Tracks targets automatically, disrupts their vision and deals damage.

Passive: Frost Buildup

Gradually slows enemies until they are fully frozen. In Operations it also lowers their fracture resistance; in Warfare it lowers vehicle handling. Steam calls these Frost Effect and Freeze Buildup; Garena calls them Frostbite and Permafrost.

N-Two — mid-season adjustment (live July 24)

🔽 Nerf
  • • Cryo-Flask zone duration: 15s → 10s
  • • N-Two is no longer immune to his own Cryogenic Zone; the zone warning UI was improved
  • • Homing Stun Grenade cooldown: 35s → 45s
  • • Homing Stun Grenade post-throw scan delay: 0.3s → 0.5s; lock-on hover: 0.8s → 1s
  • • Homing Stun Grenade post-lock flight speed: 15 → 20 m/s (buff)

Playing N-Two

  • •The Frost Launcher's fire rate rises with continuous fire, so commit to a full volley rather than single shots
  • •In Warfare, frost buildup lowers vehicle handling, which gives N-Two a real job against vehicles
  • •In Operations, frozen targets also lose fracture resistance
  • •Since July 24 your own Cryo-Flask hurts you too, so throw it away from your own position

New Operations Map: AZ3 Nuclear Power Plant

AZ3 Nuclear Power Plant is Meltdown's new extraction map and the centerpiece of the season. It is split into a scrapyard, a decommissioned plant and a central Haavk reactor building that holds the best loot. It launched with Easy and Normal difficulties: Easy unlocks at Operations Level 9, Normal at Level 14, and Normal has an entry value of 112,500 Tekniq Alloy. One community guide puts its size at about 1.5x Zero Dam.

Mode:Operations (extraction)
Difficulties:Easy and Normal
Unlock:Easy at Operations Level 9, Normal at Level 14
Normal Entry Value:112,500 Tekniq Alloy
Warlord Boss:Neural Device Agent H1000
Core Mechanic:Radiation buildup and a shared reactor outcome

Radiation

Radiation builds up when you enter contaminated zones or search radiation containers, and Geiger-counter audio leads you to those containers. It escalates in stages from mild to severe, adding screen distortion and pain as it gets worse. You clear it in decontamination rooms or with gear taken from Haavk guards. A community guide adds that there are 4 tiers, that Tier 1 is mildly beneficial, and that at Tier 4 your max HP is capped at about 60 and natural decay stops, so treat those details as unofficial.

Reactive Map & Emergency Shutdown

AZ3 reacts to what players do. Actions cause explosions and leaks, and the reactor status is visible in real time. If players complete the objectives the reactor shuts down; if not, it heads to meltdown and forces an evacuation. The result comes from the combined actions of everyone in the match, not just your squad. The flagship task is Initiate Emergency Shutdown. According to a community guide you rescue a scientist, then work through the control room and the reactor core, with a parachute finale, and a successful shutdown gives extra loot and weakens H1000's armor. The task was officially streamlined on July 1 with a smaller reactor radiation range, and on July 8 the consoles around the map were changed so they affect the core less.

Warlord Boss: Neural Device Agent H1000

H1000 is a Haavk humanoid weapon connected to "Skynet" and based in the core facilities. He is very agile, dodges bullets, fires tranquilizer darts, performs melee executions and hunts down high-threat players. A community guide describes a three-phase fight (an H800 clone, then an H47 clone, then H1000 himself) and a guaranteed red AZ3 key drop; neither detail appears in the official notes.

Points of Interest & Keycards

  • •Named locations in the official patch notes: Spent Fuel Processing Plant, Old Academy of Sciences, Emergency Thermal Power Station, Sarcophagus, Stellarator Research Institute and the Pressurized Water Reactor (a Hot Zone)
  • •AZ3 keycards are repeatable unlocks for high-value rooms
  • •Passkeys open specific doors and cannot be extracted (enforced in the July 1 fix)
  • •The Supply Station's T&E Lab Card Holder added a one-time discounted AZ3 Advanced / Rare Keycard Selection Pack
  • •Map achievements: "GTI Superman" (defeat 7 enemy Operators in one Normal AZ3 match at maximum radiation) and "Nuclear-Free World"

AZ3 Essentials

  • •The central Haavk reactor building has the best loot, and H1000 operates from the core facilities
  • •Listen for the Geiger counter: it points to radiation containers, which raise your radiation when searched
  • •Decontamination rooms and gear from Haavk guards are your two ways to clear radiation
  • •A meltdown forces an evacuation, so always know your extraction route before the reactor turns

New Warfare Map: Coliseum

Coliseum is a new 64-player (32v32) Warfare map built around a historic arena and the surrounding city of Claudia; the Chinese server calls it the Claudius Coliseum. It supports Attack & Defend and King of the Hill, and it was the launch showcase for two new Warfare systems: a branching major event and dynamic fire.

Haavk Rocket Event

A dual-branch major event. If the Haavk rocket is intercepted, debris falls on Claudia. If it is not, the rocket crashes into the Coliseum and both sides fight a final showdown.

Dynamic Fire (PC only)

Vegetation and objects can be ignited, deal damage and spread flames. Coliseum was the only compatible map at launch.

Auxiliary Objectives

After attackers capture a secondary objective and hold it unchallenged for 60 seconds, they can redeploy there. These apply to Coliseum sectors B and D and to Monument D.

Mid-Season Coliseum Rework (July 30)

  • •Attack & Defend: Area B combat area and Objective B1 moved, and a zipline added in B
  • •Attack & Defend: D1 capture area adjusted
  • •Attack & Defend: attacker vehicles replaced with Wheeled Tank Destroyers, and vehicle supply stations moved
  • •King of the Hill: B, D, E and F capture areas adjusted, and C split into C1 and C2
  • •King of the Hill: LAV-AA maximum firing angle increased

Older Warfare maps changed at launch too. The new CSV-35 helicopter was swapped in on Akh Canal, Fault, Ascension and Threshold, Monument D gained sub-objectives, and Trench Lines sector B was adjusted.

New Weapons: RM277 & SVCH

Meltdown added two firearms. The RM277 is a 6.8×51mm bullpup assault rifle aimed at mid range, and the SVCH is a 7.62×54Rmm marksman rifle. Both were also seeded into Operations Gear Tickets. The official notes do not spell out how to unlock them; community guides report the same Warfare route for both: activate the gun in the Armory, then play 5 Attack & Defend or King of the Hill matches and 120 minutes of Warfare.

RM277 Assault Rifle

The RM277 is a 6.8×51mm bullpup, the same caliber as the M7 and M250, with strong stopping power and controllable recoil. The official notes position it as a mid-range workhorse. It replaced the MCX LT in the Elite Gear Ticket – Balanced, and launch events (June 30 to July 30) paid out Season EXP or Tokens for RM277 kill missions. A July 8 fix made its bipod attribute bonuses apply correctly.

Class:Assault rifle (bullpup)
Caliber:6.8×51mm
Operations Damage:41 health / 42 armor (test-server data)
Fire Rate:550 RPM, auto and semi (test-server data)
Magazine:30 rounds (test-server data)
Gear Ticket (S10):Elite Gear Ticket – Balanced, replacing the MCX LT
Matching Ammo:6.8×51mm PLY-I / PLY-II / PLY-III (season rounds)

Community build notes from the season pair it with the Severance Suppressor, which they report has no range or velocity penalty, and PLY-III ammo. GameWith rated it S in Operations at launch, then lowered it to A on September 8 because its low limb damage makes time-to-kill inconsistent; it stayed S in Warfare. In Season 11 it left the Elite Balanced ticket and moved into the limited Desmoulins Spec Ops Gear Ticket (Balanced).

SVCH Marksman Rifle

The SVCH is a 7.62×54Rmm marksman rifle. It replaced the KC-17 in the Spec Ops Gear Ticket – Survival and the Season Custom Gear Ticket – Option One. Sources describe how it fires differently: launch press called it a single-fire rifle built for range, while community build guides set it up for full-auto with a dedicated part, so check the fire mode of your build in-game. Its Warfare reserve ammo went from 60 to 180 on July 30, and an August 6 fix made the Chrome-Plated Burst Bolt raise fire rate in Warfare as intended.

Gear Tickets (S10):Spec Ops Gear Ticket – Survival and Season Custom Gear Ticket – Option One, replacing the KC-17
Warfare Reserve Ammo:180 (was 60 before July 30)
Notable Part:Chrome-Plated Burst Bolt

GameWith rated the SVCH S in Operations at launch, raised it to SSS during Season 10 and had it at SS as of October 6, 2026, with S in Warfare. The catch is cost: zilliongamer did not recommend it for Operations because a full build runs to nearly 500k. Both of its Season 10 Gear Ticket slots were removed in Season 11.

Ammo, Attachments & Vehicles

Season 10 added six ammo families, a set of limited-time Haavk (HVK) attachments and two new Warfare vehicles and emplacements. The 5.8×42mm rounds were season specials, and the CT pistol rounds trade penetration for limb damage.

New Attachments

The permanent addition is the Compound Bow Frameless Sight (Handling −2 in Operations). The other three are limited-time Haavk mods; names are given as Steam lists them, with the Garena name in brackets.

SVCH Swiftwind Dual Mag (Garena: Tempest Coupled Mag)

  • • Limited-time Haavk mod
  • • 20-round magazine with fast reload (sources differ on whether the dual mag holds 20 or 20+20)
  • • Handling −4

Compound Bow HVK Speed Magazine (Garena: HVK Rapid Fire Quiver)

  • • Limited-time Haavk mod, 6 rounds
  • • Fire rate 182 → 227 rpm at launch, then 260 rpm after the July 30 buff
  • • Warfare base damage 112 → 100
  • • Handling −4

ASh-12 HVK Binary Trigger Kit (Garena: HVK Double Shot Kit)

  • • Limited-time Haavk mod: fires 2 rounds per trigger pull
  • • Fire rate 500 → 400 rpm
  • • Operations (Garena stats): damage spec 42, AP spec 45, Control +8, Handling −2, Accuracy +8
  • • Warfare (Garena stats): damage spec 30, Control +6

Season-limited HVK parts

  • •The HVK mods were season-limited, so treat any Season 10 build that uses one as expired
  • •Many SVCH builds from the season relied on the Swiftwind Dual Mag; swap in a standard magazine
  • •Recheck bow and ASh-12 builds the same way before copying a Season 10 code

Vehicles, Emplacements & Other Changes

CSV-35 Transport Helicopter

A tiltrotor (called the Osprey Helicopter in event copy) that combines vertical takeoff with fixed-wing speed. It has customizable self-defense weapons and deploys at randomized points that shift away from nearby enemies. It replaced attacker assault helicopters or vehicles on Fault, Akh Canal, Ascension and Threshold.

Vulcan Cannon & Automatic Vulcan Cannon

New Warfare anti-air emplacements that are stronger at close range and replaced some 30mm AA guns. They were nerfed on July 1: durability 1000 → 700 and a slower rebuild.

M82 vs Vehicles

The M82 now damages combat vehicles and devices in Operations, and the Black Site production cost of .50 BMG was reduced.

Hot Zone Arena & R6 Drone

Hot Zone Arena in Operations added a Blinding Flashlight for automatic weapons. The Rainbow Six Siege collab added a Remote-Control Drone collectible that you deploy and fly in first person.

Modes & Events

Meltdown kept a busy calendar. It opened with a new Operations in-match mode, ran a story event and a Rainbow Six Siege crossover through July, and rolled out new Warfare modes after the mid-season update. Two older modes left at launch: Treasure Trove (any undug treasure was saved) and the Ahsarah Legend parkour mode.

Ahsarah Card (Operations)

Ahsarah Card is a new in-match mode for Operations. You loot Ahsarah playing cards and Card Boxes during a raid and store them outside the match, and once you complete a set you can play cards with friends in-match. The cards cannot be sold on the Auction House. They appear in the new collectible list as the Ahsarah Card Box and Ahsarah Big Joker (red), the Little Joker (gold), A (purple) and 2–10 (green).

Rainbow Six Siege Collab (July 10 – August 23)

  • •Free Legendary K437 "Domineering" from the dual-mode event (July 10–23)
  • •Rainbow Rewards event pass with the Legendary MP5 Black Ice
  • •Alpha Pack draws for Nox as Vigil, Sineva as Montagne and Stinger as Doc
  • •An Operations Easter egg that rewards the Remote-Control Drone collectible
  • •Warfare Capture the Flag (July 10–23)

The Silent Reckoning story event (July 3–30) ran in both modes and continued Nox's story after Operation AZ3, covering his neural disorder and his past with H1000. The story branched on player choices and rewarded name cards and avatars.

New Warfare Modes

  • •Windchaser (Garena: Wind Chaser Stadium): a football mode for the Olé Olé Olé event (June 30 – July 23)
  • •Hill of Iron: Warfare event mode (July 24 – August 6)

Meltdown Season Pass

The Season Meltdown Pass had two headline rewards: the operator N-Two and the Legendary Tempest skin "Western Legend". The official Steam post lists N-Two as the free-track unlock. The rest of the pass leaned on themed weapon skin sets.

  • •N-Two (operator unlock)
  • •Western Legend: Legendary Tempest skin, plus a matching Western Legend Respawn Beacon
  • •Pastoral Song: Tenglong assault rifle skin
  • •Metal Knight skins for the MK47, SR-3M and SR-25
  • •Galaxy skins for the SCAR-H, MP5 and lever-action rifle
  • •Frontier Scout: Assault Vehicle skin
  • •Season Safe Boxes, TurBrick, coupons, vouchers, supplies and weapon EXP cards

What we left out

  • •The official posts did not publish tier counts or edition prices for the pass
  • •Figures circulating on reseller sites are unconfirmed, so we do not repeat them here
  • •The MP5 Black Ice skin came from the Rainbow Six Siege collab's Rainbow Rewards pass, not the Meltdown pass

Balance Changes

Season 10 had three main balance moments: the launch patch on June 30, an operator patch that went live on July 24, and the official mid-season patch on July 30. No Season 10 patch after July 30 changed weapon balance; the next weapon balance changes came with the Season 11 launch update on September 8 (the September 10 hotfix had no weapon changes).

Quick Tips for Season 10 Content

Treat radiation as a timer on AZ3: Radiation rises in contaminated zones and every time you search a radiation container, and it only gets worse as it stacks. Plan your route past a decontamination room, or take clearing gear from Haavk guards, before you chase the next Geiger-counter ping.
Level the Decontamination Chamber with your AZ3 access: Chamber Levels 1 and 2 unlock at Operations Levels 9 and 14, the same levels that open Easy and Normal AZ3. Each level raises your radiation tolerance and speeds up decay, so build it as soon as you can.
Use passkeys inside the raid: Passkeys open specific AZ3 doors and cannot be extracted, so there is no value in carrying one home. Keycards are different: they are repeatable unlocks for high-value rooms.
Always have an exit plan for a meltdown: The reactor's fate depends on everyone in the match. If nobody completes the shutdown objectives the plant melts down and forces an evacuation, so know your extraction before the reactor status turns.
Keep N-Two's Cryo-Flask away from yourself: Since July 24 N-Two is no longer immune to his own Cryogenic Zone. Throw it at doors and enemy positions, not at your own feet.
Feed the RM277 PLY rounds for long bursts: The 6.8×51mm PLY rounds give a Control buff during sustained fire and stack to 90. They carry a 0.9x armor-pen multiplier, so pick the tier (pen 3, 4 or 5) that matches the armor you expect.
Focus one body part with PAB ammo: 9×39mm PAB-7 and PAB-9 make the body part you hit take +60% damage for 3 seconds. Keep follow-up shots on that same part.
Hold Coliseum's auxiliary objectives: When attacking, capture a secondary objective in sector B or D and hold it unchallenged for 60 seconds to unlock it as a redeploy point.
Strip HVK parts from Season 10 build codes: The Swiftwind Dual Mag, HVK Speed Magazine and HVK Binary Trigger Kit were season-limited. Replace them before you rely on an old Meltdown build.
