Is M1014 worth using?

Good for looting runs and building fights. Two-shot kills within 10 meters. Basically useless outdoors.

Why is M1014 range so bad?

Shotgun pellet spread. Past 15 meters, pellets spread too wide. Great up close, basically useless at distance.

Is the 280k slug build worth it?

Only if you do close-range combat frequently. Slug rounds hit harder. But 80k budget build still kills at point-blank—you're paying 200k extra for slightly better armor break.

How do I survive outdoors with M1014?

You basically can't. Need a good secondary weapon. M1014 is almost useless past 20 meters.
